Design and construct a flue extraction system for 2 wood-fired pizza ovens, each require safe extraction of high temperatures and live embers. Both ovens require a Mistbox to be integrated into an existing ventilation system. Supply and install ovalised sheet-metal ductwork for air conditioning to 2 levels. Install air curtains over the entrance doors.
Live embers from each pizza oven are saturated with water through the Mistbox to safely extract steam through the ventilation system above Westfield Southland. Comfort air conditioning for the patrons is contained with the aid of air-curtains over the entrance doors to reduce drafting and save on air conditioning running costs.
