About this project

Architecture Works and Bradmac Air Conditioning designed and sourced hydronic trench heating together with Actron Air Platinum Ultima high efficiency fully ducted zoned system with Mitsubishi Electric bulkheads for the bedrooms. A dehumidifying air conditioning unit for the wine cellar was installed and bathroom/toilet exhaust throughout.

Systems

Living areas installed Bradmac Actron Air ESP Ultima fully ducted system with 3 temperature controlled zones, linear bar grilles plus Mitsubishi Electric bulkheads for the bedrooms.

Outcome

The air conditioning systems were carefully integrated into the design and all can be operated remotely by a phone app or computer.
