About this project

Bradmac was requested to design and construct multiple air conditioning systems for a holiday house in Blairgowrie. The customers requested systems that would not only fit their budget but not compromise on the architect’s design.

Systems

The ground level Bradmac installed Actron Air ESP Ultima fully ducted system with 4 temperature controlled zones plus Mitsubishi Electric bulkheads for the bedrooms, living room and family room. White linear bar grilles throughout plus bathroom ventilation.

Outcome

The air conditioning systems were carefully integrated into the design and all can be operated remotely by a phone app or computer.
