About this project

Bradmac was requested to design and construct multiple air conditioning systems for a residential project in Somers. For their holiday house, the customer’s priorities were effective, efficient and without compromise to the architectural design.

Systems

Living areas installed Actron Air ESP Ultima fully ducted system with 3 individual temperature controlled zones plus Mitsubishi Electric bulkheads for the bedrooms.

Outcome

Each air conditioning system was carefully integrated into the design and all can be operated remotely by a phone app or computer.
