Cantacted Amanda at BRADMAC to repair a faulty AC told I need service before quote to repair. On Friday the 20/6/2025 a service person from Blitz Air arrived I assume a sub contractor for BRADMAC he proceeded to service the AC on the 20/6/2025 cost $279.40 I paid(BIG MISTAKE) still not working. Told I will be contacted regarding repair cost and options. Have contacted BACMAC twice still no quote one week later and still no reply. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. UPDATE OF PREVIOUS REVIEW. I received a quote to replace the indoor unit, a new indoor unit was fitted and still not working. Fault was with the outdoor unit, HUMAN ERROR they acknowledged the mistake and no charge was applied. After new quote I decided to replace the complete system because of age. New system fitted and working well, a good outcome in the end and very happy. I was most impressed that he returned the next day to ensure the unit was still working as we had been without heating and cooling in our offices for a few months. Brett gave us efficient and friendly service through the quoting process, and James and Paz who did the install were wonderful to work with. They did a stellar job and left the place cleaner than when they arrived!
